We are proud to say that our outstanding level of service does not end at the time of purchase, it carries right into our professional delivery service. We have a third party licensed, bonded and insured delivery service with two trained professionals on every truck delivering our furniture and mattresses to our customers 7 days a week.
If the item you want is in stock in our warehouse and is purchased by 2pm then in most cases we can get it out to you the same day, worst case scenario the following day.
We offer complete white glove or drop off delivery service to every area of San Diego and we now deliver to the Temecula and Murrieta area every week as well. We can also do drop off deliveries anywhere from San Diego to Los Angeles so please call us directly for details, schedules and delivery quotes.
YES! We charge for delivery! Anyone who is offering free delivery is either desperate, charging you more for the furniture and then saying delivery is free (oldest trick in the book), or their delivery service is unprofessional, not licensed, bonded or insured, has terrible communication and is therefore unreliable. Either way, you are going to pay and remember you will always get what you pay for.
At Real Deal you will only get the best, most professional and most reliable delivery service in town! For your convenience, the delivery charge is paid at the time of your delivery via cash or credit card. Our delivery charges range from $49 and up and will depend on how far from our store you live, whether or not there are stairs or elevators involved and if it’s a drop off or complete white glove service with setup and trash removal upon completion.
Once your delivery date has been chosen, the owner of our delivery company will call you the night before between the hours of 6pm and 8pm to give you your 4 hour window for your delivery day. Our weekday windows consist of 10am-2pm, 11-3, 12-4, 1-5, 2-6, 3-7 and 4-8. The weekend deliveries start at the 11-3 window and go up from there. If you have things to do during your window, don’t worry, our drivers always give a courtesy call about 30 minutes before they arrive to your home. Now that’s service!!
If we have given you a window that doesn’t work for you or you request a special time outside of our normal delivery windows please communicate with us and/or the delivery company owner and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please be advised that most of the items in our local showroom as well as in the “Specials” section of our website are in stock everyday, excluding custom sofas, sectionals and patio furniture.
